2) The times when I felt like giving up in this class was when I had to think of an idea that would be unique and appeal to other people in my group that would be reading my blog posts about it. I can say that I am not the most creative person ever so coming up with things on my own is difficult. This course however has allowed me to become more creative and openminded, allowing me to think in a way I haven't before. Seeing the positive responses on my posts has encouraged me to keep a positive mind as I get through this course and learn more about the basics of entrepreneurship.
3) The tips I recommend for the upcoming students are making sure you don't cram the assignments in because it will take away from the learning experience, don't forget to declare the assignments, and as long as you keep up with the lectures and complete the homework you will be fine. As for assignment declaring, I hope I will be forgiven for the three assignments I did but forgot to declare on canvas.
Hey Sara,Definitely enjoyed your tips to upcoming students, many of mine we're the same. I had also mentioned not to procrastinate since all the assignments for a week are due at the same time and they pile on high without noticing. I also enjoyed your 'dont give up' story as well.
ReplyDeleteSara,
ReplyDeleteI also felt like giving up when I had to think of an idea that I would want to write about for the rest of the semester because I am also not naturally creative! I agree with not cramming for assignments because it really does take a while to complete all the assignments. I wish you luck on the assignments you forgot to declare.
Sara,
ReplyDeleteGreat post! I can agree with you that many of the assignments in this course pushed us to be specific while communicating our business plan properly without any confusion. You provided great tips for upcoming students planning on taking this course in the future. As there are assignments and due Friday and Monday, it is vital to stay organized and make sure you always submit your best work!
It is interesting to see that you have acquired some new habits and behaviors. The class definitely requires an interactive component and I believe because of this we are able to learn from each other and thrive on our own.
